"Fantastic product. I am 6' , 168 lbs, 32/33 waist, 42" chest, athletic build. The Medium fits perfectly. White looks great. You will be able to feel the weight. I'm using it for pickelball, in the weight room, biking and even casual -- walking or just having it on during the day. The neckline is perfect, does not sag. It's a bit tapered which makes the fit so good. You can wear it under a 3/4 zip pullover. I am now waiting for the 10 lb G-vest in S/M to restock. It looks great on and fits great."
"Females who choose the men's shirt,go down a size. I'm normally a XL women's but I hot a men's shirt and it to big and baggy,so women's can go down a size if u purchase the long sleeve shirt. They had no more of the women's long sleeve shirt."
