"Pros: Very comfortable, less hard on joints than other vests. Looks cool. . Cons: Too short for taller people (taller than 5'10. If you are a bit more lean, also can't tighten as much as you'd want. I think this would be perfect if you're about 5'8 and 170 lbs. This could be solved by adding a potential 3rd or 4th clip of additional weights, leading to the product being closer to 30-40 lbs."
